I wanted to a buy a new car in automative sagment other then SUV and I Found Maruti Suzuki XL6. It's an broadly categorised as MPV. When the XL6 was first launched, it was looking like slicker version of the Ertiga, but now updated Maruti Suzuki XL6 with The manual gearbox is smooth-shifting. This 6 seater car is spacious and comfy.

From a long time the urban middle & upper middle class has been looking for an extra seat in their sedans & hatchbacks, along with the high sitting position and SUV like feel. Although it was the premium extension of ERTIGA, but this is how Maruti has addressed the consumer's need. the design and styling makes XL-6 standing out in comparison to ERTIGA. Although they both fetches same Mileage 20-24KMPL, as they run on the same 1.5Ltr engine, but the captain seat luxury in the middle seat makes the XL-6 raja of this category so far 6 seater cars are concern.

It's a Good car for safety purposes, its maintenance cost is low and good for city drives. It has a good engine so it is good for long drives and fuel efficiency is around 15 local and 16 for the highway and it's good for that segment.
